Clear terms for custom printing, corporate gifts, branding, design, production and delivery. Please review these conditions before approving an order or artwork.

Before you place an order
These Terms & Conditions apply to quotations, orders and services supplied by Blue Oasis Gift Trading LLC SP. Job-specific specifications, prices, delivery dates and written approvals shown on an accepted quotation, invoice or order confirmation also form part of the agreement.
Refund Policy
We do not offer cash refunds. Where appropriate, the amount paid may be used toward an alternative product or service, subject to confirmation by Blue Oasis.
Payment Terms
Advance payment is required before work or production begins unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing. If an approved order has a remaining balance, that balance is due upon delivery of the final product.
Product Responsibility
Blue Oasis is not responsible for products that remain uncollected for more than two weeks after the agreed delivery or collection date.
Sample Charges
A sample charge of AED 100 or more may apply to complex print or branding jobs that require special preparation or processes such as screen making, die cutting or UV printing.
Pricing Variability
Prices may change according to market conditions, material costs, production requirements and supplier rates. A previous quotation does not guarantee the same price for a later order.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges depend on the destination and emirate. Standard courier delivery may be arranged through our delivery partners. Special, urgent or express delivery may carry additional charges.
Quantity & Specification Verification
Customers must check the quantity, product type and agreed specifications when the order is delivered or collected. Blue Oasis is not liable for quantity or specification discrepancies first reported after delivery has been accepted.
Colour Variation in Printing
Printed colour can differ from colours shown on phones, monitors or digital previews. This is especially relevant to offset group-sheet printing, where colour balance is influenced by other jobs on the same sheet. A variation of up to approximately 15% from a digital preview may occur.
Design Confirmation
Once artwork is approved and finalized by the customer, the customer is responsible for checking spelling, numbers, dates, logos, sizes, colours and other visible details. Errors noticed after final approval are not the responsibility of Blue Oasis.
Production Timeline
Quoted or stated production time starts only after the final design or artwork has been confirmed. Time spent preparing artwork, waiting for customer approval or collecting missing information is not counted as production time.
No Design Changes After Confirmation
After the customer gives final design approval, changes cannot be guaranteed. Any requested change may require a new design, re-proofing or production restart and may involve additional cost and time.
Cancellation Fees
If an order is cancelled after the design has been confirmed, applicable design charges remain payable. If production has already started, design charges plus any production, material and processing costs already incurred will apply.
Customer Materials
When customers supply their own products or materials for printing, branding or processing, Blue Oasis is not responsible for the value or replacement cost of those supplied items if the result is affected by the printing or production process.
Important artwork reminder
Please check every approved proof carefully before confirming it. Final approval tells us that the design is ready for production.
Custom work is made to order
Printing, branding, engraving, signage and corporate-gift orders can involve custom materials and production steps. Approval, payment and production status can therefore affect cancellation and delivery.
